Ted Pederson CRS/GRI Brokers/Owner The Real Estate Company of Crosslake, LLC. Ted has lived in Crosslake on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes since 1976 and has been selling Real Estate since 1981. He and his wife Terry co-founded Shores & More in 1984 and helped the company quickly gain “#1 Real Estate Company” status in the Lakes Area. Ted holds two prestigious designations, the GRI and the CRS. GRI is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. CRS represents a Certified Residential Specialist, of which only 5% of all Realtors in the United States have earned. Ted is a past president of Crosslake Area Chamber of Commerce, and is very involved in many civic activities. Ted and the other Seven members of the Pederson Marketing Team are proud to provide service and results beyond your expectation! Any of Ted’s free time is spent on one of the Lakes Area Golf Courses or out boating with his wife Terry and family on the beautiful Whitefish Chain of Lakes! 

Terry Pederson CRS/GRI Brokers/Owner The Real Estate Company of Crosslake, LLC. Terry has been in Real Estate since 1980. She and her husband Ted co-founded Shores & More in 1984 and helped the company quickly gain “#1 Real Estate Company” status in the Lakes Area. Terry holds two prestigious designations, GRI and CRS, which only 5% of all Realtors in the United States have earned. In addition to owning a successful Real Estate Company and Marketing Team, Terry and Ted believe it is important to give back to the community. They were responsible for co-founding the Crosslake Preschool, and bringing back the fireworks display on Sand Island, on Cross Lake for the community 4th of July celebration. They also support Camp Knutson by donating a portion of every Brokerage fee. This camp is on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes and helps children with special needs ranging from autism, skin diseases, hearing impaired and many more. Terry believes the Client's satisfaction is simply the minimum for staying in business. Her Team works constantly to improve systems, processes and services to go well beyond the standard level of "service" provided by most agents.  

Brandon Pederson Associate Broker, ABR/GRI. Brandon began selling Real Estate in 1998 and has helped over 150 families find their Bit of Heaven in the Lakes Area! His commitment to staying on top of the industry is evident by the education he pursues: ABR, GRI, Broker, Star Power Universities, and actively engaging in the Real Estate MBA program at St. Thomas. Brandon will use all the tools available to match you to the right property!
 

Laura Pederson Buyer Specialist, ABR. Laura knows the Lakes Area, as she and her family were summer residents of the Whitefish Chain. She now makes her home with her husband Brandon, their daughter Madeline, and son Dylan on Cross Lake. She brings with her extensive experience in closing real estate transactions and has a talent for matching Buyers and Sellers!
 

Brad Wallace Realtor/GRI, Buyer Specialist. Brad is the most recent addition to the Pederson Team and has been associated with The Real Estate Company of Crosslake, LLC since 2001. Brad is a graduate of Star Power University, and is presently pursuing his GRI designation.. Brad and his wife Barb have owned a home in Crosslake since 1985. Brad is ready to use his vast 20 year knowledge of the Lakes Area to help you find your next dream property!
 

Debbie Olstad Marketing Director - Licensed Realtor. Debbie coordinates all the details involved after a listing is taken and communicates to our clients the many things we are doing to market their homes. She is originally from the Metro Area, but Debbie and her family have made their home in Pequot Lakes since 1989. She works closely with our clients to ensure that all their expectations and needs are met!
 

Jeanette Dieterich Closing Coordinator - Licensed Realtor. Originally from Iowa, Jeanette and her husband enjoy their home on Bass Lake. Jeanette works directly with Sellers/Buyers once a property is sold and under contract. She brings 18 years of banking experience and extensive communication skills to our team. This enables her to handle details in a timely manner for a successful, smooth and hassle free closing!
 

Christine Beckler Client Care Manager. If your considering placing your property on the market or are curious about how much your property is worth in today’s market, Christine assists Ted and Terry with the Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) on your property. With experience and a love for information technology, she keeps things running smoothly and keeps the company current in today’s hi-tech world.
